Tankotaivas is a diverse sports and dance center located at Kulttuurikasarmi. We provide classes in pole dance, aerial yoga, aerial acrobatics, children's classes and many others. We also offer private classes customized to your wishes for example to worksite well being events, bachelor, bachelorette and birthday parties. Aerial Yoga Introduction Class<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Aerial yoga is a modern yoga practice that uses a silk sling - a hammock - suspended from the ceiling. The fabric supports the body and reduces the load on the joints, making the practice gentle and safe. Aerial yoga effectively strengthens the core muscles, improves body control, increases flexibility and boosts metabolism. It is a gentle class suitable for everyone. Please inform the instructor of any health conditions or physical limitations beforehand.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the class, wear clothing that covers your armpits and the backs of your knees. Dangling jewellery, rings and bracelets are not permitted during the session.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Welcome to Try Pole Dance!<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Pole dance is a highly effective form of exercise that builds strength, flexibility, balance and body control. In this class designed for first-timers, we learn pole dancing from the very basics - easy spins, getting on the pole and impressive poses. Everyone will keep up, guaranteed!<\/span><\/p>\n

For the class, wear comfortable workout clothes and short shorts, and bring a small towel for cleaning the pole. Please remove all bracelets and wrist jewellery before the class.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
